Itinerary
• We will begin our tour by traveling to Fayoum, being only around 100 kilometers to the South West of Cairo, the region has a lot to offer to tourists including historical monuments, amazing natural scenery, natural protected areas, and the only real waterfall in Egypt.
• We will start our tour in the Fayoum by visiting Pyramid of Hawara; constructed by King Amenmhat III who ruled during the reign of the 12th dynasty in the 19th century BC, it is one of the remarkable pyramids constructed outside Cairo.
• Our next visit of the day will be to Meidum Pyramid, constructed by King Senfru, the father of Cheops and the founder of the 4th dynasty in the Old Kingdom in the middle of the 25th century BC, as his first attempt to build a proper pyramid in Egypt; before the pyramid collapsed causing the death of hundreds of workers and deserted until today.
• By the end of the tour, guests will be transported back to our meeting point in Cairo
