Sultan Selim Fortress

These restorations are informed by the detailed illustrations found in the ‘Description de l’Égypte’, a comprehensive record created by French scholars during Napoleon’s Egyptian campaign. The meticulous reconstruction work includes the reinstatement of cannons to their original positions, reviving the fortress’s historic might.
