Itinerary
Day 01: Welcome to Cairo.
Welcome to Egypt land of pharaohs, upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport you will be met by our courteous and professional airport representatives who will arrange your ground transportation to your hotel where you will spend the night.
Day 02: Giza Pyramids and drive to Bahariya Oasis
Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel before proceeding for a day of exploration and discovery; tour one of the great wonders of Egypt, the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx of Giza standing 65ft or 20m tall. Be amazed by the architecture, complexity, and grandeur of these Egyptian landmarks. Enjoy lunch a sumptuous lunch at a local restaurant then go on a 4-hour drive to the Bahariya Oasis, the smallest of four oasis depressions. Check into the hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 03: Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, Agabat and Roman Springs
Enjoy a delectable breakfast at the hotel and go on a special Safari to the Black Desert visit the black volcanic hills that color the desert landscape thus giving the dessert its name. Stop for lunch at El Haiz before touring Crystal Mountain a fascinating mountain ridge that is littered by natural forming quartz crystals then go off road and explore Agabat and Roman Springs for an unforgettable experience. Spend the remainder of the night at the Desert Campsite.

Day 04: El Ghanour, Frigate Valley, Panorama Peak and Flower Desert
Enjoy breakfast at the Camp before heading out for another day of adventure and discovery. Explore the El-Ghanour, Frigate Valley, and Panorama Peak, enjoy lunch at the hotel restaurant then go sightseeing in the Flower Desert where rock formations look like actual flowers, rest under a mushroom to escape the hot desert sun. Then return to the hotel for an evening of relaxation and fine dining.

Day 05: Valley of the Golden Mummies, Zed Amun Ef Ankh, Bannentiu, Ain Muftella Chapels, The Temple of Alexander the Great, Ancient Village, Pyramid Mountain, English Mountain and Ethnic Museum
Wake up to a delicious breakfast before embarking on an amazing Antiquities Tour visit the Valley of the Golden Mummies which has given notoriety to Baharia. In 1999 a large cemetery was discovered unearthing tombs with well-preserved mummies some even covered in gold; along with other beautiful artifacts, potteries, and statues. Visit the richly decorated tombs of Zed Amun ef Ankh and Bannentiu, the grand Ain Muftella Chapels and the Temple of Alexander the Great. The sandstone temple was built during Alexander’s reign of Egypt and dedicated to the gods Amun and Horus. Return to the hotel for a delicious lunch, then explore the village of Baharia on the special local tour visit the Ancient Village, Pyramid Mountain, English Mountain and the Ethnic Museum. Drive back to Cairo and check into the hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 06: Memphis, Saqqara and Dahshur
Have a sumptuous breakfast to jet start another day of adventure, visit the open air museum at Memphis and marvel at the massive statues carved out of limestone and granite of Egyptian gods and pharaohs. Then stop by Saqqara, famous for its step pyramids and history of building the first pyramids in all of Egypt. While there visit the Pyramids of King Zoser, Titi and others and the many tombs of kings and great officials. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the town of Dahshur known for its Bent and Red Pyramids. Then return to the hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Day 07: Egyptian Museum Saladin Citadel, Old Cairo and Khan El Khalili
Enjoy a delectable breakfast as you continue your tour of the awe-inspiring Cairo Egyptian Museum, famous for the Golden Mask of King Tutankhamun and its many treasures. Our next stop of the day will be to the Citadel. Constructed in 1176 by the most famous Egyptian king, Saladin El Ayouby, the Citadel today has become a popular touristic attraction and a landmark of Cairo. It hosts many interesting structures like the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the military museum, and moreover, the structure of the citadel itself is quite remarkable.
Then tour the Khan El Khalili, a large marketplace or souk in Cairo. Purchase a wide array of exquisite, unique, rare or even unusual merchandise from spices to souvenirs. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and spend the remainder of the day exploring the Old Cairo treasures. Return to the hotel for dinner where you will spend the night.

Day 08: Departure from Cairo International Airport
Enjoy the morning’s breakfast at the hotel before your drive to Cairo International airport for your return flight. If you have a late departure let us know as special arrangements can be made for you.
