Day 01: Welcome to Cairo
Welcome to Egypt land of wonder on your arrival at Cairo International Airport you will be met by our warm and professional airport representatives who will arrange your ground transportation to your hotel.
Day 02: Giza Pyramids, Memphis and Saqqara
Wake up to a warm Egyptian breakfast for a day of exploration and discovery visit the Great Pyramids of Giza. Step back in time as you tour the Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure popularly referred to as the second and third pyramids. Enjoy a mixed grill lunch then visit the open air museum at Memphis and marvel at the massive statues carved out of limestone and granite of Egyptian gods and pharaohs. Then stop by Saqqara famous for its step pyramids and history of building the first pyramids in all of Egypt. While there visit the Pyramids of King Zoser, Titi and others and the many tombs of kings and great officials. Enjoy dinner at your hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 03: Egyptian Museum, Saladin Citadel and Khan El Khalili
Enjoy a delectable breakfast at the hotel to jet start a day of exploration and discovery tour of the awe-inspiring Cairo Egyptian Museum, famous for the Golden Mask of King Tutankhamun and many other special treasures. Enjoy a sumptuous Chinese lunch then explore the Saladin Citadel. The Citadel is a magnificent structure that has acted as a fortress for Cairo against enemy attack. Within its walls, you will find the Mohamed Ali Mosque, the Mosque of Suleiman and a number of museums dedicated to various aspects of Egyptian history. Then experience Khan El Khalili, a large marketplace or souk in Cairo. Soak up the sounds of sellers calling buyers to their stalls, get anything from jewelry, spices, T-Shirts, or souvenirs at the Khan and leave with the perfect gift then return to the Hotel for dinner and the remainder of the evening.

Day 04: Cemeteries of World War II, Military Museum and Horse Carriage in Alexandria
The adventure continues with a drive to El Alamein famous for the victory of the Allies over the Axis in World War II. Visit cemeteries and memorials of World War II from various nations such as the British, German and Italian. View the over 7000 graves of brave soldiers who gave up their lives in the second World War. Tour the Military Museum dedicated to preserving the history of the well-fought battle, view weapons, artefacts, tanks, and artillery are displayed outside. Enjoy lunch then drive to Alexandria where you will explore the city in a horse-drawn carriage. Check into the hotel where you will have your dinner & spend the night.

Day 05: Library of Alexandria, Qaibay Citadel, Catacombs, National Museum and Pompey’s Pillar
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before you visit the world-famous Library of Alexandria, considered to be one of the largest and most noteworthy libraries of its time. Go sightseeing at magnificent Qaitbay Fort famous for the impressive lighthouse that is constructed on the same site. Tour the Catacombs or underground tunnels once used as private tombs dating back to as far as the first century. Enjoy a seafood lunch before visiting the Greco Roman Museum or National Museum and Pompey’s Pillar. Then return to the hotel for dinner where you will spend the remainder of the night.

Day 06: Ben Ezra Synagogue, Hanging Church, Coptic Museum and Abu Serga Church
Start your day off with a delicious breakfast at the hotel then travel back to Cairo and go for sightseeing in Old Cairo, discover the Ben Ezra synagogue, the Hanging Church with its unique design and the wooden roof that mimics Noah’s, Ark. Then tour the Coptic Museum and visit Abu Serga Church a landmark believed to be the place where Mary & Joseph last stayed in Egypt with baby Jesus. Enjoy Egyptian cuisine for lunch and spend the remainder of your day at your leisure.

Day 07: Luxor Museum and Sound & Light Show in Karnak Temple
Take a short flight to Luxor and visit the Luxor Museum filled with priceless artifacts, antiques, statues and many other treasures that tell Egypt’s history. Then enjoy an Oriental lunch and experience an amazing Light and Show at the Karnak Temple with enchanting music, lighting relive the grand days of the Old Kingdom. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Dendarah Temple and Abydos Temple
Drive to Denderah and Stop by the masterfully preserved temple of Denderah which was dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Then drive to Abydos the burial place of the first kings of a unified Egypt. Abydos contains some of the oldest artefacts in Egypt, dating as early as Pre-dynastic eras. Then drive to Luxor and have dinner at the hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 09: Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple and Local Market
Check out of the hotel and move with your guide to your 5 star Nile Cruise for check-in & brief orientation of the ship. Later on proceed to the breathtaking Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex built by man covering approximately 200 acres with individual temples built for various gods. It is a massive complex of columns, statues, halls, and courts which tell a story of its former grandeur and splendor. Then tour the impressive Luxor Temple dedicated to Amun, built by two Pharaohs Amenophis III and Ramses II. Magnificent in its own right, the temple features enormous gateways, shrines, and sanctuaries. Have lunch on board the hotel then tour the local market place in a horse-drawn carriage. Later board the Nile Cruise where you will dine & spend the remainder of the evening.

Day 10: Valley of Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon
Wake up to a warm Egyptian breakfast for a day of exploration and discovery. Visit the Valley of Kings which is a massive burial ground for Pharaohs, kings and the elite. Explore the tombs of world-famous Pharaohs from the Old Kingdom. Visit the tomb of Tutankhamun more popularly called King Tut, Hatshepsut Temple and learn about the first female Pharaoh. Then visit the Colossi of Memnon two huge statues around 17m high that guarded the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Enjoy lunch and dinner on board as the sails are set for the town of Edfu.

Day 11: Edfu Temple and Kom-Ombo Temple
Visit the Temple of Edfu said to be the best-preserved temple in Egypt and only second to Karnak in its grandeur. Then sail to Kom Ombo and tour the Temple of Kom Ombo which is actually two temples built in one. With one side dedicated to the crocodile god and the other to Falcon head god. Continue cruising on the Nile to Aswan, enjoy dinner on board the Nile Cruise where you will dine & spend the night.

Day 12: High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk, Philae Temple and Traditional Felucca trip
While in Aswan enjoy one of the most memorable tours of the city, get a bird’s eye view of the city at the High Dam. Here you will see a view like no other atop the 364ft tall structure. Stop by the Unfinished Obelisk whose construction was abandoned by Queen Hatshepsut and visit Philae Temple. Philae Temple was dedicated to the goddess Isis with its many shrines and sanctuaries. Then enjoy a delicious lunch on board the Nile Cruise and conclude the day’s tour with a relaxing ride on a Felucca, a traditional Egyptian sailboat on the River Nile. Spend the night on board the Nile Cruise.

Day 13: Abu Simble Temples
Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and then drive to Abu Simble, tour the magnificent Abu Simble Temples carved out of solid rock. Enjoy a sumptuous seafood lunch and enjoy a scenic drive to Aswan check into the hotel where you will dine & spend the night.

Day 14: Sultan Hassan Mosque, Refai Mosque and Gayer Anderson Museum
Fly back to Cairo and explore the Sultan Hassan Mosque one of the largest and opulent in Egypt. Be amazed by the grandeur of the design and décor of the impressively stunning structure said to have emptied the MamlukTreasury. Also, tour the Refai Mosque and the Gayer Anderson Museum. Then dine & overnight at hotel.

Day 15: Departure from Cairo International Airport
Enjoy the morning’s breakfast then drive to Cairo airport for your return flight. If you have a late departure let us know as special arrangements can be made for you.
