Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Cairo

Welcome to Egypt land of mystery, upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport you will be met by our courteous and professional airport representatives who will arrange your ground transportation to your hotel where you will spend the night.


Day 02: Giza Pyramids, Memphis and Saqqara

Wake up to a warm Egyptian breakfast for a day of exploration and discovery, tour one of the great wonders of Egypt, the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Be amazed by the architecture, complexity, and grandeur of these Egyptian landmarks. Enjoy a delicious mixed grill lunch and then tour the open air museum at Memphis and stand in awe at the massive statues carved out of limestone and granite of Egyptian gods and pharaohs. Then stop by Saqqara famous for its step pyramids and history of building the first pyramids in all of Egypt. While there visit the Pyramids of King Zoser, Titi and others. Later return to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Day 03: Pyramid Mountain, English Mountain, Hot Springs, Ancient Village and Ethnic Museum

Start your day off with a delectable breakfast and enjoy a scenic four-hour drive to Bahariya Oasis. The smallest of the four oasis depressions in Egypt, Bahariya is home to some special places such as the Pyramid Mountain and the English Mountain. Visit the more than ten natural hot springs near the Bahariya Oasis with temperatures from 45⁰C and higher, these springs are known for their curative properties; aiding in the treatment of rheumatism, joint pains, and other physical discomforts. Then stop by the Ethnic Museum which showcases the rich traditional way of life of the people in the desert oasis. Then enjoy dinner at the hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 04: Valley of the Golden Mummies, Zed Amun Ef Ankh, Bannentiu, Ain Muftella Chapels, The Temple of Alexander the Great, The Black & White Desert, Crystal Mountain, Agabat, Roman Springs and Flower Desert

Wake up to a delicious breakfast before embarking on an amazing Antiquities Tour, visit the Valley of the Golden Mummies which has given notoriety to Baharia. In 1999 a large cemetery was discovered unearthing tombs with well-preserved mummies some even covered in gold; along with other beautiful artifacts, potteries, and statues. Visit the richly decorated tombs of Zed Amun ef Ankh and Bannentiu, the grand Ain Muftella Chapels and the Temple of Alexander the Great. The sandstone temple was built during Alexander’s reign of Egypt and dedicated to the gods Amun and Horus. Then hop on a 4 wheel drive for an unforgettable adventure of the White and Black deserts. Refresh yourself at El Haiz for lunch then continue exploring more of Baharia. Tour the Crystal Mountain a fascinating mountain ridge that is littered by natural forming quartz crystals then go off road and explore Agabat, the Roman Springs and Flower Desert for an unforgettable experience. Stay at the Desert campsite for the remainder of the night.

Day 05: Egyptian Museum and Khan El Khalili

Enjoy a great campsite breakfast before returning to Cairo. Upon your return to Cairo enjoy Oriental cuisine for lunch at a local restaurant. Then tour the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, famous for the golden head piece of King Tutankhamun, learn more about the rich history and culture of Egypt view other priceless treasures and artifacts. Then visit the Khan El Khalili, a large marketplace or souk in Cairo. Soak up the sounds of sellers calling buyers to their stalls, get anything from jewelry, spices, T-Shirts, or souvenirs at the Khan and leave exhilarated. Then check into the hotel where you will spend the remainder of the night.

Day 06: Departure from Cairo International Airport

Enjoy the morning’s breakfast at the hotel and spend the remaining free time at your own leisure before your drive to Cairo International airport for your departing flight. If you have a late departure let us know as special arrangements can be made for you.
